Beacon broadband use services to ensure professional delivery and a premier service to all our customers.

To ensure smooth delivery from installation, to the month on month running off our services we use industry standard services provided by the companies listed below:

Azotel Services, Microsoft, Google services and Go Cardless.

We share some essential information with these companies for the day to day running of our fantastic broadband service.

Due to changes in the European legislation we now require you to consent to us sharing your information with these companies. To protect you and your information we insure that all 3rd party companies we use comply with the Data protection act 1998 and European GDPR legislation 2018.

The right to be informed: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) have a right to be informed as to how we store and use your data. This information is available on www.beaconbroadband.co.uk.

The Right of Access: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to request access to the data and information we store relating to you. A data subject access request can take up to 28 days and is available by emailing info@beaconbroadband.co.uk

The right of rectification: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to rectify any details we hold for you. Any information you would like to rectify can be done by emailing info@beaconbroadband.co.uk

The right of erasure: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to be forgotten. We hold details on our secure systems up to one year upon cancellation of services. If you wish to be forgotten sooner than this and you are not receiving live services from beacon broadband we will remove your details. Just email info@beaconbroadband.co.uk and we will process your request.

The right to restrict processing: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to restrict how we use your data. This is not an absolute right as some processes require use of aspects of your data such as billing and invoicing. You can contact us in person, phone, letter or email. Contact information can be found www.beaconbroadband.co.uk and we will process your request for restriction as per the restrictions policy.

The right to data portability: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to data portability. You can request a copy of all data we hold and we will securely email this to you.

The right to object: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to object to us using your personal data for marketing purposes. We only process marketing on behalf of beacon broadband and will not advertise 3rd party products or services.

The right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling: You as a customer of Beacon Broadband have the right to be assessed by a person. We do not use any automated services to assess product or services viability.
